Monitoring includes watching information about talks with this bot, users, that talked with bot and dialogs between bot and these users.

Besides of creating bot, set its different functions and integrating it to different Internet services, very important things is monitoring of bot’s work. Monitoring includes watching information about talks with this bot, users, that talked with bot and dialogs between bot and these users.

First of all we can see statistics at central par of main page of bot on (with bot name).

  1. We can see information about users of our bot, like this:

    At this table:
    Name – user name
    Messages – how many messages did user send or receive
    Last – when did last talk between bot and this user occur
    Sessions – how many talks between bot and this user occured
    Dialogs – if you click CHAT at user’s raw, you will see last dialog between bot and this user in Dialogs page of bot.

  2. Under users and functions tables you can see messages table, that shows us, what messages users send to bot most often.

  3. At the bottom of page you can see diagrams, showing all bot messages: incoming and outgoing, and all bot users: existing and new:

Dialogs page will help you to see dialog between bot and certain user. You can choose, dialog with what user you want to see, what Internet service was used in it, see dialog and even take part in dialog from bot side.

If you open dialog page, you will see list of users, which took part in last dialogs of your bot:

At this list you can see names of users, which talked with bot (at the to of list – user, who talked with bot last), their avatars, if users have them and icon of Internet service, which was used for this dialog.

Dialogs can be implemented at two modes:

  • Auto mode: normal talk between user and bot;
  • Manual mode: bot is turned off, you can send messages to user, and he or she will receive them like messages of bot. After your talk with user don’t forget switch on Auto mode.

If dialog with certain user is in Manual mode, after user name icon of headphones is shown. Also you can select, do you want to see all dialogs, only dialogs in Auto mode, or only dialogs in Manual mode.

If you select what dialog you want to see in details, click on this dialog in list. You will see dialog at window like this:

At this window you can see, how your bot speaks with user, you will see user’s questions or feedback, if user wrote them, and also you can switch on Manual mode. If you want to switch between modes, click on headphones icon. If headphones are striked out, current mode is Auto, other way – Manual.

If dialog is in manual mode, you can send messages to user, using window at bottom of window. You also can send file to user with help of + icon, or send card using list icon. After talk in Manual mode don’t forget to switch to Auto mode.


If you want to see users of your bot, you can use Audience page.

At the main table you can see information about users. As default, you can see user name, role, provider and gender.

Provider – Internet service, using which current user talks with bot.

Role – gives user special rights to start certain scenarios, for example, admin.

If you have different roles in bot you can assign role to certain user or users at Audience page.

Besides name, role provider and gender you can create other tags and assign them to user.

If you want to change information about user, click on his raw at table. You will see form like this:

At the left column you can see user’s avatar, name, provider and status. Also you can choose role for dropdown, if in your bot there are created roles. Also you can check or uncheck these checkboxes:

  • Auto mode – user will speak with bot in Auto mode;
  • Subscriber – user is subscribed to all broadcasts, which are sended not for all users, but only for subscribers.

At the central column you can create new tag, for example: Ukrainians or Customers and assign it to user. If tag is created, you can assign it to other users too.

Under tag section you can enter or edit information about user.

After filling all, what you need, click button Save, and information about user will be edited.

Now let’s look at left section filters at the start screen of Audience page.

Here you can see number of users, which use certain provider to talk with bot, users, which have certain tag, users, who have certain role and bot subscribers. If you click on one or more of providers, tags or roles, in main table will be shown only users, corresponding with criteria, that you choose. You also can search users by name, entering name of user or some letters of it to field Search by name.


The most detailed information about your bot’s activity is shown on Statistic page of your bot. If you open this page, you will see navigation, from which you can select, what statistics of your bot you want to see:

At the start page – dashboard, you can see diagrams of all messages, outgoing and incoming, and all users, existing and new:

And under them you can see statistics of number of unique users, which talked with this bot, by dates:

If you want to see other statistics, you can click at left navigation on button with with name of parameter, that you want to see.

For example, if you click on “Messages”, you will see next diagrams:

Also you can connect your bot to Google Analytics or Mixpanel. For this you must make account on these resources and register your application (bot). Then go to Settings page of your bot and choose Other at left navigation.

And in field of service, in which you created page for your bot, copy Tracking ID or Token from service site and check checkbox Active.
