When your bot scenario is already created, please go to the bot settings menu on the left bottom corner of your dashboard

Then choose a menu item. And click on the yellow icon with the Brn Logo, please
In the popup window you can type the Greeting text and set up some small delay in seconds. Choose also the position for your widget – Left or Right. And press the Save button
