You can create a simple scenario yourself after a few lessons in 20 minutes. It is not so hard also to edit some scenario items in your template to adjust it for your business niche. It is intuitive and clear. Try the Beginner mode to make the first steps easier.
But when you need some complicated logic inside the scenario or some external service API integration, you need the Expert mode and some knowledge of how to make it. Or you can hire us for that.
